VSSJAFG (CF) Single Flange Dismantling Joint Overview
The Mingchao VSSJAFG (CF) is a single-flange loose-sleeve force-transmission joint for pipeline installations requiring a flanged connection on one side and a project-specific pipe connection on the opposite side. The adjustable assembly supports installation and maintenance positioning, while the restrained fastener arrangement forms the required force-transmission configuration after final alignment.
Final selection depends on pipe outside diameter, face-to-face length, connection geometry, flange drilling, operating conditions and the approved project drawing.
How the CF Configuration Works
The CF assembly uses a flanged connection on one side and a project-specific pipe or interface arrangement on the opposite side. Its loose-sleeve geometry supports positioning during installation. After alignment, the restrained fastener arrangement establishes the required force-transmission configuration.
Final pipe outside diameter, connection geometry, flange drilling and installation envelope are controlled by the approved project drawing.
